In April 2024, we had the honor to host our second event in Serbia, The rooftop gathering & insights. We spent a wonderful evening with our dear clients and friends and shared insights about market trends.

Mr. Dejan Aleksic, Managing Director in Dr. Heimeier`s Serbian branch and Managing Partner of Dr. Heimeier Executive Search GmbH, shared interesting details about German economy development, differences by industries and raising interest to invest in research, development and infrastructure. He also presented facts about headhunting sector in Germany, which has had 12.5% growth and worth 3 billion EUR.

Ms. Ana Santovac, Partner in Dr. Heimeier`s Serbian branch, presented management rewards tendencies, based on our second Management Salaries Benchmark study, completed in April 2024. She presented the trends in the annual growth of managerial salaries and pointed out differences in relation to local positioning of foreign investors, as well as the geographic regions in Serbia.
