Since 2009 Personnel Consultant/Partner with focus on search and selection of executives and experts for medium-sized and family owned companies and groups from diverse industries such as machinery and plant engineering, automotive suppliers, construction industry, IT, B2B services and others. Since 2018 Managing Partner of Dr. Heimeier, Düsseldorf. Since 2022 Managing Director in Dr. Heimeier Executive Search Belgrade.
