The company was founded 1989 in Stuttgart, at that time as Dr. Tobien und Partner Management- u. Personalberatung BDU. While we have been IMD members since 1989, the company changed name into Dr. Heimeier und Partner Management und Personalberatung GmbH, BDU in 1996.
Berlin office was established in 2019, Düsseldorf office in 2000 and Dresden office in 2021. Our branch – the office in Belgrade – was established in August 2022.
In September 2022, the company changed name into Dr. Heimer Executive Search.
