We are searching for a new colleague who will support our mother company in Germany, as well as our local business. Executive Recruiter will work in our Belgrade office in Ziegel House, Nebojšina 36, and his/her activities will be focused on executive search projects in Germany and Serbia/SEE. Based on previous experience and profile, the position might be Executive Recruiter or Senior Executive Recruiter. Internal training will be provided in any case.
Executive Recruiter is accountable for research process, identification, search and preselection of prospective candidates for multiple mandates in different markets. There is a matrix structure, thus reporting line goes to Head of Research in Germany and to MD/Partner/Consultant accountable for a project.
You will cover cover market mapping and creation of target companies lists based on relevant business criteria; search for and identify prospective candidates from the target companies; directly approach to identified prospective candidates and motivate them for the vacancies. Before further steps with MD/Partner/Consultant, you will conduct preselection interview and decide about progress.
- Performing several projects simultaneously; closely cooperating with Head of Research and MD/Partner/Consultant
- Accomplishing thorough research, market mapping and creation of detailed lists of target companies, based on relevant business criteria
- Identifying prospective candidates from the target companies
- Actively performing cold calling through the process
- Directly approaching to targeted candidates, presenting open roles, motivating the candidates for further participation within the process
- Interviewing and preselecting candidates based on necessary and desirable job requirements
- Presenting suitable short-listed candidates to MD/Partner/Consultant
- Candidates` reference check
- Communication with candidates through the process, scheduling of further interviews, providing feedback
- Tracking of all activities within ATS
- Performing all activities needed to ensure compliance with GDPR and ZZPL
- Other activities related to research and selection, tracking of the process, reporting and other support activities
