With a strong presence in the U.S., our client is a corporation that has many decades of experience in delivering high-quality services to their customers, while expertise in multiple market segments has been established. The company has been operating in Serbia for years, and lately there has been a big rise in projects carried out within the energy segment in German market. To support our client`s further growth within the field, we are searching for experienced electrical design engineer to take over the role of Lead Project Engineer.
Projects imply designing and building of high voltage substations and switchyards and the core are turnkey projects across all project stages: engineering, design, project management, purchasing, installation, commissioning and documentation. The Lead Project Engineer is a contact point for internal and external projects` stakeholders; cooperates with the company`s expert team located in several global locations, the position holder is a project leader from designing point of view toward customers, primarily transmission and distribution network operators in Germany, as well as a people leader to design engineers engaged in the projects. The Lead Project Engineer is accountable for ensuring that all technical requirements of customers, contracts and regulations are met for assigned projects. It is intended to identify and manage technical risks in the projects in order to minimize the risks.
